The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentist in various procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Mondays-Thursday's from 8:00 am-5:00 pm and on some days until 6:00
PM Duties:
  • Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and office duties
  • Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
  • Sterilize instruments according to regulations
  • Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
  • Take X-rays or dental impressions
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
  • Assist with front desk and doctor with office needs
Experience:
  • Experience in "Four handed dentistry" techniques
  • Strong understanding of dental anatomy and terminology
  • Knowledge of medical documentation and imaging processes
  • Familiarity with 3D scanning technology in dentistry
  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is a plus
  • Exposure to Prosthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Dentrix ascend preferred
