Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our patient-centered dental practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting both clinical and administrative functions while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Ability to work effectively in both clinical and administrative roles Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and workflow Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Manage sterilization protocols and maintain compliance standards Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Manage and track lab cases, including sending, receiving, and follow-up Support front desk operations including: Scheduling patient appointments Answering phones and assisting patients Following up on treatment plans and patient care Contacting insurance companies for verification and information Maintain efficient patient flow and support overall team coordination About Our Culture Our practice is collaborative, dynamic, and patient-centric.
