We pride ourselves on delivering excellent dental care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant and a front desk Receptionist to join our team, if you are reliable, friendly, detail-oriented, Team player with a professional and positive attitude and enjoys working with people this will be the job for you . Responsibilities:
Chairside assisting during dental procedures Taking digital X-rays Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control protocols Preparing and cleaning operatory rooms Assisting with patient intake and education Maintaining patient records and charting in dental software Supporting the front desk with scheduling and data entry as needed Basic computer skills Dental Office Receptionist responsibilities Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar. Verify patient insurance and collect necessary documentation. Process payments and maintain accurate patient records. Coordinate with dental assistants and providers to ensure smooth patient flow. Handle general office duties such as filing, emails, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
Previous dental or medical office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Professional, positive, and patient-centered attitude. Proficiency with dental practice software " Dentrix" is a plus.
