Our Assistants perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties to ensure efficient, high-quality orthodontic treatment while creating a positive experience for every patient. Orthodontics Dental Assistants must collaborate effectively with co-workers, patients, providers and front office staff by communicating constructively and positively. Successful Assistants actively listen, consider feedback objectively, maintain commitments, keep others informed of work progress, and address problems constructively to identify practical solutions. Responsibilities Support clinicians in delivering exceptional patient care Assist doctors during a variety of orthodontic procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care Sterilize and maintain instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards Take dental radiographs as permitted by state regulations Provide pre- and post-operative patient education Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked Collaborate effectively with doctors, hygienists, specialists, and front office team members Contribute to a positive, patient-centered office environment Follow all company policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols Why Join Passion Dental?
