We are pediatric dental office practice in search of dental assistant to be part of our growing and dynamic team! We are seeking a candidate who is pleasant, brings a positive attitude to the workplace, is a dedicated team player, reliable and enthusiastic about professional growth. Dental assistants should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and efficiency in their responsibilities. Responsibilities Welcomes customers in the dental office Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Undertake lab tasks as instructed Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Works well with children Skills Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish (Preferred) Proven experience as dental assistant RHS and ICE certificated (Preferred) Understanding of health & safety regulations Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:15am-5:00pm, Saturday 7:15am-2:00pm. Every Saturday's requirement. (weekday OFF assigned)Location:
Danbury, Derby, Norwalk, Stamford and Bridgeport.Entry Level:
