Full Job Description Job Summary:

Willow Tree Pediatric Dentistry is a growing, doctor-owned pediatric dental practice in Trumbull, CT, and we're looking to add another amazing team member! We are seeking a caring, dependable, and experienced pediatric dental assistant who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a team that takes pride in providing high-quality, compassionate dental care. Our ideal candidate is someone who is confident in a pediatric dental setting, works well as part of a team, and understands that helping children feel safe and comfortable is just as important as the clinical care we provide.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing operatories and dental equipment for patients Assisting the doctor during pediatric dental procedures Welcoming and preparing young patients for treatment Helping children feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visit Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Anticipating and responding to the comfort and safety needs of our patients Providing a positive experience for both our patients and their families

Qualifications:

Valid X-ray certificate and ICE is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Warm, patient, and compassionate personality Dependable and team-oriented Comfortable working with children of all ages and personalities As a doctor-owned practice , we value our team and strive to create a positive, supportive work environment where everyone plays an important role in the patient experience. If you are an experienced dental assistant who loves working with kids and is looking for a great team to grow with, we'd love to hear from you! Hours are 8:00am-4:45pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. We are OFF on Wednesdays and no weekends.
