This a part time position with 2-3 days/week. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while providing exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for use. Take and develop dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols. Record and maintain accurate medical documentation for patient visits Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality patient care. Requirements Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred. Proficiency in taking X-rays and familiarity with medical terminology. Ability to document medical information accurately and efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient interaction and education. Certification in CPR or BLS is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
