We are a well-established private orthodontic practice with a strong reputation in our community. Our office is family-focused, supportive, and committed to providing every patient with exceptional, compassionate care. No orthodontic experience is required. We will train and support the right candidate, including helping you obtain the certifications needed for the position. New graduates are encouraged to apply! What we're looking for We are looking for someone who is: Warm, friendly, and gentle with patients Positive and enthusiastic A strong communicator Reliable and responsible Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Organized and able to multitask A team player who enjoys working in a close-knit office Eager to learn and grow professionally What you'll do As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will work closely with our doctors and staff to provide excellent patient care.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the orthodontist with patient care and procedures Preparing and maintaining treatment areas Taking digital photographs, X-rays, and 3D scans Providing patients with oral hygiene and treatment instructions Assisting with appliance placement, adjustments, and removal Following appropriate infection control and HIPAA protocols Accurately documenting patient information Helping create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient What we offer $18-$25 per hour , based on experience Flexible full-time or part-time schedule No evening or weekend hours Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Continuing education and professional development Mentorship and training Opportunities for career growth Employee orthodontic treatment discount Supportive, family-focused team environment Modern technology and a beautiful clinical environment Schedule Our office hours are:
Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM-5:00
PM Friday:
