Dental Assistant - Luxury Dental Practice Boca Dental Boca Raton, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $22 - $30 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Dental sterilization procedures Attention to detail Dentrix Dental x-ray Dental office experience Full Job Description Dental Assistant Boca Center Dental | Boca Raton, FL | Full-time, on-site Boca Center Dental is a high-end dental practice in Boca Raton, and we're looking for a full-time Dental Assistant with at least two years of hands-on experience. We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in Boca Raton. We're seeking someone who is confident chairside, attentive to detail, and committed to making patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Our practice provides general, restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry in a modern setting. As a Dental Assistant, you'll help our dentists deliver efficient clinical care while contributing to the thoughtful patient experience that defines our office. What you'll do: Assist the dentist chairside during examinations and procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before each appointment. Welcome patients, explain what to expect, and help them feel at ease throughout their visit. Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records. Take dental radiographs if you hold the training or certification required in Florida. Support impressions, intraoral scanning, and other clinical tasks within your training and permitted duties. Follow infection control and sterilization procedures and keep treatment areas organized. Communicate with the dentist and team to keep appointments running smoothly. What we're looking for: At least two years of hands-on dental assisting experience. Strong chairside skills and a solid understanding of dental procedures and instruments. A warm, polished, and professional approach to patient care. Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail. The ability to anticipate the dentist's needs and work well with a team. Florida dental radiography certification, expanded functions training, experience with Dentrix, and experience assisting with cosmetic or implant procedures are valuable additions to your application.
