Our office focuses on providing personalized care and building long-term relationships with our patients. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating a positive patient experience, works well as part of a close-knit team, and takes pride in providing excellent clinical support. The ideal candidate is a Dental Assistant who is comfortable working chairside and helping our team provide efficient, compassionate care. Experience with front desk responsibilities is a plus, as we value team members who are willing to assist with scheduling, patient communication, and other office needs when needed.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during patient procedures and provide excellent chairside support Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take dental X-rays and assist with patient care as needed Review patient needs and help ensure a comfortable experience Maintain proper infection control and sterilization procedures Communicate effectively with patients and the dental team Assist with front office duties when needed, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and patient communication Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient
Qualifications:
Dental assisting experience required Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and patient care Comfortable working in a small private practice environment Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude Reliable, organized, and able to work well independently Experience with Dentrix is a plus Front desk/reception experience is a plus Why Join Our Practice?
