Certification Registered Dental Assistant Dental office experience Full Job Description Seeking FT Dental Assistant for our Delray Beach Office, Mondays through Friday from 9:00 am•5:00 pm. Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred•NEW grads welcome to apply As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will work alongside our dentists to deliver exceptional clinical support and compassionate care. You'll play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring smooth daily operations in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort throughout appointments Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures (including restorative and cosmetic treatments) Sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment rooms according to OSHA guidelines Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) Perform laboratory tasks as directed by the dentist Record patient medical and dental histories and vital signs Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care instructions Maintain dental supplies inventory and restock as needed Ensure compliance with all state and federal dental regulations
Requirements:
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in the state of Florida CPR/BLS certification (current) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail Experience with Eaglesoft a plus
