Schedule Mondays and Thursdays | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Additional hours available for candidates seeking a fuller schedule Key Responsibilities As an integral part of our clinical team, you will: Provide exceptional chairside assistance across a wide range of procedures Maintain treatment rooms to the highest clinical and aesthetic standards Capture high-quality digital radiographs with precision Perform advanced digital intraoral scanning using iTero and Medit systems Fabricate precise, well-fitting temporary crowns and take accurate impressions Assist with lab procedures, including pouring and trimming models Deliver clear, professional patient education and post-operative instructions Uphold strict sterilization and infection control protocols Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience Qualifications Proven experience in a fast-paced dental practice (REQUIRED) X-ray certification (REQUIRED) Proficiency with iTero and Medit digital scanning technology (REQUIRED) Experience with Open Dental or similar practice management software preferred Strong clinical judgment with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a professional, polished presence A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-level patient care What We Offer No weekends — consistent, predictable schedule Competitive compensation reflective of experience and skill level A supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused team A modern, technology-driven clinical environment Opportunity to grow within a respected, well-established dental group Apply Today For more information, contact Madelon directly at (617) 763-1422.
