PERFORMANCE STANDARD

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Base Pay:

$25

• 30 per hour (based on experience and execution readiness)

Performance Bonuses:

$10,000

• 35,000+ annually Bonuses are tied to: Same-day treatment support metrics Production efficiency targets Documentation accuracy Patient satisfaction scores Territory growth performance High performers increase earnings quickly.
