Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and cheerful dental assistant who loves working with children to join our team for a 4-5 day per week position to start. Willing to travel to our different locations( Naples, Estero , Cape Coral ) The ideal candidate must be excited about having a lasting impact on the life of a child, is hardworking, self-motivated, professional, flexible, task-oriented, friendly, team player, and enthusiastic. If you are looking to work with a dynamic and fun team, and to grow personally and professionally, this is the ideal opportunity for you. Pediatric Assistant Expirience ( 2 years) Primary job responsibilities include:
  • Set-up trays
  • Prepare patients for and assist doctor in patient diagnosis and treatment
  • Take dental radiography as needed
  • Fit bands and take impressions
  • Place sealants
  • Perform post-operative patient care
  • Perform instrument sterilization and infection control in the office
  • Clean and stock operatories
  • Charting and chart write-ups
  • Enter patient charges
Competencies/Experience:
  • Florida State Dental Assisting license is required
  • Passion for working with kids
  • Great with social media- Facebook-making newsletters etc.
  • Exceptionally comfortable working with technology
  • Integrity and ethical behavior
  • Punctual and exceptionally reliable attendance
  • Ability to work in, and contribute to a team environment
  • Ability to work independently We offer competitive pay.
