Dental Assistant - Fee-For-Service Cosmetic & Restorative Practice We are a high-end, fee-for-service cosmetic and restorative dental practice in Southwest Florida seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who takes pride in excellence, efficiency, and patient experience. This is not a corporate environment. We are a relationship-driven, detail-oriented practice focused on premium dentistry, elevated service, and clinical precision. Minimum Requirements At least 3 years of dental assisting experience Strong experience in restorative dentistry Comfortable working in a fee-for-service or cosmetic environment preferred Excellent communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Current radiology certification EFDA certification preferred but not required Clinical Responsibilities Assisting Assist doctor in all restorative procedures including crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, and full-arch cases Four-handed dentistry with efficiency and anticipation of doctor's needs Digital impressions and scanning Proper isolation techniques Fabrication and adjustment of temporary crowns and bridges Assist in cosmetic cases with attention to detail and esthetics Take high-quality radiographs Clinical photography experience preferred Laboratory & Clinical Support Temporary crown fabrication and polishing Managing lab cases and communication with labs Ensuring case readiness prior to patient arrival Maintaining organized clinical inventory Sterilization & OSHA Compliance Complete sterilization protocol adherence Maintain OSHA and infection control standards Proper instrument processing and operatory turnover Maintain organized sterilization flow Keep treatment rooms pristine and prepared Patient Experience Responsibilities Deliver concierge-level service Make patients feel comfortable and cared for Maintain professionalism and warmth Assist in presenting treatment and answering patient questions Maintain calm and confidence during complex procedures Administrative & Team Responsibilities Maintain accurate charting and documentation Assist with scheduling adjustments when needed Communicate effectively with front office team Attend team meetings and training Uphold practice standards and culture Ideal Candidate Positive and solution-oriented Takes initiative without being asked Calm under pressure Efficient and organized Passionate about cosmetic and restorative dentistry Values growth and long-term opportunity Understands that patient experience is as important as clinical excellence What We Offer Professional, drama-free work environment High-quality dentistry Modern technology Opportunity to grow and expand skills Competitive compensation based on ability A team that values excellence and accountability If you are an experienced assistant who wants to work in a premium, fee-for-service practice and be part of a team that truly cares about quality and patient experience, we would love to meet you.
