The ideal person is friendly, reliable, and committed to high standards of care, with competence in procedural and office aspects of general dentistry. Initially, work will start with a 90 day trial period, followed by the option for long-term employment. The current schedule is Monday through Thursday, with the option for Fridays as well. Compensation will be based on individual qualifications and experience, with negotiations, bonuses, and raises included as time goes on.
