Role:

As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play an essential part in creating a positive experience for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the doctor chair-side during orthodontic procedures Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean, organized workspace Taking patient photos and X-rays Taking impressions and performing digital scans using an iTero scanner Providing patients with post-treatment care instructions Assisting with front desk responsibilities, including patient check-in and check-out Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to patient inquiries Maintaining accurate patient records and updating charts as needed Helping maintain a smooth, efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment We value a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly. Orthodontic experience is required!
