We're excited to expand and are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Lead Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our growing team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in helping patients achieve their best oral health. What We're Looking For We're searching for a teammate who: Communicates effectively and enjoys patient interaction Pays close attention to detail and can think critically during procedures Is eager to expand their clinical skillset and leadership abilities Works efficiently and takes initiative in a supportive team setting What You'll Do As our Lead Dental Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting Dr. Hernandez and ensuring each procedure runs smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
