About the Role We are looking for a confident, motivated Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team. This assistant will work directly with Dr. Stratton supporting them in all pediatric procedures, and ensuring every patient and parent has a positive, comfortable experience. Key Responsibilities Assist chairside during pediatric procedures, including exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and sterilization processes. Support patients and families to create a child-friendly, welcoming experience. Follow infection control, safety protocols, and office policies. Participate in ongoing training and development to expand skills and knowledge. Qualifications Prior dental assisting experience preferred; new graduates with strong potential and eagerness to learn are welcome. Confident in a very fast-paced environment and receptive to feedback. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
