Job Description

Overview Join our growing dental team as a Dental Assistant and become an essential part of creating positive, comfortable experiences for our patients. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with our dentists and clinical team to provide exceptional patient care while helping ensure each visit runs smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, detail-oriented, and eager to learn . You'll have the opportunity to build your clinical skills, work directly with patients, and contribute to a welcoming team environment where quality care and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. Duties Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) Dental cleanings/prophylaxis, fluoride application, and sealants. Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment. Provide Pre/Post OP instructions for oral care following dental treatment procedures. Teach patients oral hygiene to maintain oral health (e.g., tooth brushing and flossing). Chart/enter treatment and notes into Eaglesoft. Sterilization Assist the dentist with treatments such as composites, crowns and extractions Maintaining clean and sterile work environment Qualifications Preferred Love working with children Experience working in a dental clinic environment with knowledge of dental equipment, medical terminology, and clinical procedures. EFDA Certification (preferred) Excellent communication and computer skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with patients, team members, and dentists
