30-40 hours per week
Schedule:

Responsibilities The EFDA will perform the following duties (in addition to other responsibilities as needed by the Dentist and/or Office Manager): Patient Care & Clinical Duties Greet and welcome patients warmly—both in person and over the phone Deliver an exceptional customer service experience at every interaction Prepare and turn over treatment rooms; pre-set trays and sterilize equipment Seat patients and take certified X-rays and intraoral images Record blood pressure and update medical histories accurately Assist with or perform cleanings (polishing, irrigation, flossing, fluoride) Perform sealants, Curodont applications, impressions, and pour-ups Operate and maintain digital scanners Treatment & Administrative Support Present treatment plans and help convert patients to scheduled treatment Assist the Dentist during procedures and support the Front Desk as needed Complete clinical notes and administrative documentation Scan lab slips, send/track cases, and manage follow-ups within 48 hours Coordinate prescriptions and patient communication Assist with scheduling and optimizing the daily schedule Support inventory management and supply organization Assist with lab invoices and payments when needed Participate in community sponsorship and outreach initiatives Join Our Team If you are a patient-focused professional who values meaningful relationships, high-quality care, and a supportive team culture, we would love to meet you.
