We value professionalism, collaboration, and long-term relationships with both patients and staff. Summary We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team at William T Windham, DMD. In this role, you will support our dental practice by assisting with various procedures and ensuring a welcoming environment for our patients. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to providing excellent family-oriented dental care. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment following aseptic protocols. Take and develop X-rays as needed for patient assessments. Provide support to pediatric patients to ensure a comfortable experience during their visit. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Requirements Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role preferred. Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and anatomy is essential. Familiarity with X-ray equipment and safety protocols is required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
