We are seeking someone who is organized, professional, enjoys working with patients, and is comfortable in a fast-paced dental environment. Fluency in Spanish is required. Schedule Monday through Friday 2 Saturdays per month Applicants must be available to work the required Saturday schedule Responsibilities Assist the dentist during general and specialty dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments before appointments Take and process digital X-rays Sterilize and maintain instruments according to infection-control standards Assist with impressions and digital scans Assist with crown preparations and deliveries Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns Assist with orthodontic procedures Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions Maintain accurate clinical documentation Keep operatories clean, organized, and fully stocked Support the clinical team to keep the schedule running efficiently Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients Requirements Must speak Spanish English communication skills required Previous dental assisting experience preferred Experience with orthodontics and temporary crown fabrication is strongly preferred Dental X-ray certification preferred Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Friendly and professional attitude Strong teamwork and communication skills Comfortable working in a busy dental practice Willingness to learn and grow with the practice Must be available to work 2 Saturdays per month Experience with Open Dental, digital scanners, orthodontics, implants, oral surgery, and specialty dentistry is a plus. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a supportive, professional team and provide an excellent experience for every patient.
