$18.00-$23.00 per hour Join a Growing Dental Practice Focused on Extractions & Urgent Care Just Pull It Dental is looking for an experienced Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our Port Richey office. Our practice is dedicated exclusively to tooth extractions and urgent dental services, allowing our clinical team to focus on delivering efficient, compassionate care to patients experiencing dental pain. Position Overview As a Certified Dental Assistant , you'll play an important role in supporting providers, maintaining efficient clinical operations, and helping create a smooth and positive experience for every patient. This position is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience working as a Dental Assistant in a professional dental setting and is comfortable supporting clinical procedures in a busy environment. What You'll Do Clinical Support Assist the dentist during simple and surgical extraction procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, supplies, and patients before appointments Capture and process digital dental radiographs Assist with patient preparation and procedural support throughout treatment Review post-operative instructions with patients before discharge Help ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their visit Clinical Operations Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA, infection control, and safety standards Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, fully stocked, and procedure-ready Complete accurate patient charting and clinical documentation Help maintain efficient patient flow during busy clinic sessions Support inventory organization and notify the appropriate team members when supplies are needed Assist with additional clinical responsibilities as assigned Team Collaboration Work closely with dentists and fellow team members to support efficient daily operations Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and coworkers Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-focused clinical environment Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced practiceQualifications Required:
Active Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification required At least 1 year of hands-on, paid working experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental practice or clinical setting required Externship, internship, clinical school placement, or training experience alone does not meet the minimum experience requirement Previous experience working independently in a professional dental environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced practice Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skillsPreferred:
Experience assisting with oral surgery, simple extractions, surgical extractions, or similar procedures Experience taking and processing digital dental radiographs Bilingual in English and Spanish Schedule Part-time position Evening availability preferred Saturday availability preferred Schedule may vary based on clinic and business needs Why Join Just Pull It Dental?
