Our privately owned dental practice is seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. We focus on full-mouth reconstruction and complex care, delivering a refined, patient-centered experience built on precision, efficiency, and professionalism. This position is best suited for an experienced assistant who takes pride in their work, maintains high clinical standards, and contributes to a consistently elevated patient experience. About the Role You will play an integral role in supporting clinical procedures while ensuring each operatory runs smoothly and efficiently. Attention to detail, strong clinical execution, and clear communication are essential in this position. Qualifications Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification in the state of Florida and/or ADA/CDA certification Radiology certification Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office Strong working knowledge of Dentrix Core Responsibilities Assist with clinical procedures including sterilization, radiology, and intraoral photography Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and prepared operatory Anticipate doctor and patient needs to support efficient workflow Provide a professional, patient-focused experience at all times Communicate clearly and work cohesively with the team Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards What Sets You Apart Strong attention to detail and clinical consistency Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced setting Professional demeanor and respect for team dynamics Commitment to maintaining high standards of care Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Full-time position with benefits We are looking for a dedicated professional who values quality, efficiency, and a well-run clinical environment.
