What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has 2 years of experience as a Pediatric or Orthodontic dental assistant Loves working with children and has a naturally warm, patient personality Is confident, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team Provides exceptional patient care and makes children and parents feel comfortable Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy office Maintains a positive and professional attitude Is willing to learn and grow with our practice Takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience Responsibilities The Pediatric Dental Assistant will: Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take dental X-rays and complete other clinical duties as permitted by applicable credentials Assist with patient charting and documentation Help children and families feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits Provide age-appropriate oral hygiene education Assist with sterilization and infection-control procedures Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and parents Work closely with the dentist, hygienists, and front-office team to ensure a smooth patient experience Help create a fun, positive, and welcoming environment for children Why Join Our Team?
