We are looking for an experienced dental assistant who wants to be more than a "chairside assistant" and become an essential part of the patient's journey. In our office, assistants are trusted, respected, and actively involved in patient care, treatment discussions, and helping patients move forward with the dentistry they need. Skilled four-handed chairside assisting. Anticipating doctor and patient needs. Supporting treatment plan discussions and patient education. Reinforcing recommendations and helping patients feel comfortable with treatment decisions. Communicating effectively with patients and team members. Maintaining organized operatories and clinical systems. Contributing to a smooth, efficient patient experience.Who Thrives Here:
Experienced dental assistants (2+ years preferred). Strong communicators who genuinely enjoy helping people. Individuals who take ownership and solve problems. Team players with a positive attitude. Professionals who want to continue learning and growing. EFDA certification or advanced clinical skills are a plus.Compensation & Benefits:
