Responsibilities:
  • Support clinical treatment care with chart & operatory setup, assist during procedure, and operatory clean up .
  • Sterilize and prepare instruments for dental procedures
  • X-Ray and intraoral picture capturing.
  • Digital Scanning patients for small and large cases.
  • Perform dental charting and record patient information in electronic systems such as Epic and Dentrix
  • Provide patient education with support during treatment plan presentation, escorting and caring for patient before ,during, and after treatment, and help with walkout & post
  • operative care.
  • Assist with dental lab procedures including fabricating temporary crowns.
  • Follow aseptic techniques to ensure infection control
  • Punctuality and present for every morning huddle
  • Adhering to all OSHA and safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in supporting Doctor Schedule.
Skills:
  • Knowledgeable of dental anatomy and terminology
  • Proficient in assisting with various dental procedures
  • Familiarity with medical coding for dental services
  • Licensed & able to take x-rays.
  • Knowledge of aseptic technique for infection control
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members Licensing & Certifications FL x-ray certification is required
