Manage patient records accurately using electronic health record systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix, documenting diagnoses, treatment plans, and medical history in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Provide patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout visits. Perform dental imaging including X-rays and other diagnostic techniques to aid in accurate dental diagnosis and treatment planning. Support dental fabrication processes such as crowns or bridges when needed. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to infection control standards and OSHA guidelines. Experience Previous experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment is highly preferred. Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is essential for efficient workflow management. Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and healthcare diagnosis enhances your ability to provide comprehensive patient care. Familiarity with procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics, endodontics, and prosthodontics is advantageous. Experience with pediatric dentistry and anesthesiology techniques is a plus for supporting diverse patient needs. Strong client communication skills coupled with the ability to assess patient needs confidently will contribute to positive patient experiences.
