While previous experience or formal training in dental assisting is important, we place greater value on motivation, strong customer service skills, and being a great teammate . Responsibilities Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for Assist the dentist during exams and procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilized instruments Review treatment plans and answer patient questions Take and record medical history and vital signs Follow all health, safety, and infection control protocols Assist with scheduling and patient checkout as needed Anticipate clinical and patient needs to keep the day running smoothly Qualifications Previous experience or formal training in dental assisting Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable with computers and data entry Detail-oriented and able to multitask Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to providing a high level of care and customer service, we would love to hear from you!Benefits
