Job Description

About the
Role:
Dental Assistant & Patient Coordinator (Entry Level) Are you looking to break into the dental field at a high-end practice that values training and long-term growth? We are looking for a motivated, "can-do" professional to join our clinical team. This is a unique, hybrid role designed for someone who wants to learn the "art" of dentistry from the ground up. You won't just be sitting chairside; you will be the heartbeat of the office—supporting our clinical team, mastering high-tech equipment, and ensuring our patients feel welcomed from the moment they call. The "Right Fit" (What We Are Looking For) We care more about your attitude and aptitude than your years of experience.
We are looking for:
A Lifelong Learner:
You are "moldable" and eager to be trained in complex restorative work, periodontics, and digital 3D printing.
The Ultimate Multi-Tasker:
You are just as comfortable assisting a doctor as you are answering a high-end patient's phone call or scheduling an appointment.
Detail-Obsessed:
You take pride in your work, whether it's precise clinical charting or keeping the office looking pristine.
Team-First Mentality:
"That's not my job" isn't in your vocabulary. You're happy to jump in wherever needed—from flipping a hygiene room to taking out the trash. What You'll Learn (Clinical Training Provided)
Advanced Assisting:
How to assist in complex surgeries, extractions, and implant placements.
The Digital Lab:
Training on digital impressions (scanning) and 3D printing technology.
Mastering Temporaries:
We will teach you the skill of fabricating high-quality temporary crowns.
Front-Office Flow:
Mastery of dental software, patient communication, and scheduling.
Requirements Dental Assistant Certification:
Recent graduates or those with 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional phone etiquette and a professional, warm demeanor.
Reliability:
We are looking for a long-term partner who wants a "home," not just a job.
Tech Savvy:
Ability to learn new software and digital tools quickly. Why Join Us?
Mentorship:
Work directly with top-tier clinicians who are invested in your career growth.
Competitive Pay:
We pay for quality and dedication.
High-End Environment:
A professional, family-oriented atmosphere with a focus on excellence.
Career Path:
This role is designed to evolve as your skills grow.
Job Type:
Full-time Benefits:
Continuing education credits (We pay for your growth!) Employee discount Paid time off
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
Benefits:
Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Paid time off
