We are a low-volume private dental office focused on providing quality, personalized care to our patients. We are open to full-time or part-time candidates. Hourly pay is based on experience and qualifications. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our office. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during restorative, crown, implant, and other dental procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms Take dental X-rays and assist with 3D scanning Perform expanded functions within the scope of Florida regulations Sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment areas Maintain proper infection control and aseptic techniques Prepare instruments, materials, and equipment for procedures Assist with dental impressions, scans, temporaries, and laboratory procedures as needed Provide patients with basic oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation in Open Dental Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Qualifications & Experience Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification/credentials preferred Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred Experience with Open Dental preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and documentation Familiarity with HIPAA and infection-control procedures Experience with implants and 3D scanning is a plus Reliable, professional, friendly, and comfortable working directly with patients Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with the dentist and team
Office Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-time or part-time positions available Some Saturday hours may be required Schedule can be discussed based on availability
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
