As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in a wide range of procedures. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Assist the dentist during examinations, surgeries, and other procedures to ensure a smooth workflow. Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment following strict safety and infection control protocols. Capture X-rays as needed, adhering to all safety standards. Accurately maintain patient records, update medical histories, and support charting. Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment aftercare, and answer common questions with confidence. Help manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups. Uphold HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality at all times. Support administrative needs such as coding, chart prep, or front-office tasks when necessary. Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure patients have a positive and comfortable experience . What We're Looking For Previous Dental Assistant experience is preferred but not required, we're willing to train the right candidate . Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus. Knowledge of four-handed dentistry techniques is highly valued. Experience or understanding of prosthodontics, implants, and general dentistry is a strong advantage.
