HAVE AN EXPANDED DUTIES DENTAL CERTIFICATION
Tebo Dental is a well-established and privately-owned children & teen dental group with locations just north of Atlanta, GA . We are looking for motivated, team-oriented, professional pediatric dental assistants who have excellent chairside manner and are eager to provide high-quality and efficient dental care. Opportunities are available between our offices in Lilburn, Dacula, Gainesville, Peachtree Corners, and Cumming. Traveling between locations is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Verify patient medical history and inquire about dental concerns Set up and break down patient treatment rooms Chart the doctor's observations, doctor/patient comments, recommended treatment, etc. during clinical exams Effectively provide dental education to increase patient awareness of proper oral health and the importance of recommended treatment Understand insurance benefits for patients with Medicaid and/or traditional policies Coordinate with other team members to work in treatment as the schedule allows Document dental care services provided during each visit Provide chair side assistance to the doctors during clinical procedures and treatment Assist with x-rays and exams in hygiene Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Expanded Duty certification (EDDA) is required Previous experience is preferred, but we are also willing to train the right candidate Ability to travel between our office locations is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Available to work full-time between Monday-Friday Exceptional attention-to-detail Fluency in Spanish is a plus
