Are you an experienced Orthodontic Assistant with a positive attitude and a passion for creating beautiful smiles? Brookhaven Orthodontics is a patient-first practice, and we're looking for a full-time Orthodontic Assistant to grow with us. What You'll Do:
As a key member of our clinical team, you will be central to our patients' experience.
Your primary duties will include:
Partnering with the orthodontist to provide outstanding, high-quality clinical care. Taking digital x-rays and scans, performing orthodontic adjustments, and delivering appliances. Assisting with placing brackets and ensuring every patient is comfortable and informed. Managing sterilization, instrument setup, and preparing the treatment area for the next patient with a smile. Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care to ensure the best results. Maintaining meticulous patient records and upholding all OSHA and HIPAA standards.

We're seeking a team player who is outgoing, reliable, and has a genuine desire to make a difference.
The ideal candidate has:
At least 1 year of hands-on orthodontic assisting experience (Required). Excellent "people skills" and a natural ability to make patients feel at ease. Strong time-management and organizational skills. A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt with our practice. The ability to reliably commute to both our Alpharetta, GA 30022 and Brookhaven, GA 30319 locations.

Competitive Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on your experience.
Great Work-Life Balance:
Full-time hours (32-40 per week), Monday to Friday with no weekends! Our patient hours are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Friday's we work until 1:00 pm.
