What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures with confidence and efficiency Prepare treatment rooms before each patient and reset them afterward Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans (training/certification required if applicable) Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards Keep operatories clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care Help maintain an efficient schedule and smooth patient flow Work alongside our front office and clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience Bring positive energy to the office every single day What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience is preferred Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology Ability to take dental radiographs or willingness to obtain required Georgia radiography training CPR certification preferred Experience with Open Dental is a plus Strong communication and people skills—you genuinely enjoy talking with patients Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Able to multitask and stay calm when things get busy A team player who jumps in without being asked and always has a positive attitude Perks Competitive pay based on experience 401(k) Paid time off Professional development and continuing education opportunities Opportunities for growth and advancement Modern technology and systems A supportive, drama-free team that genuinely enjoys working together The Energy We're looking for someone who shows up with a smile, takes pride in their work, and genuinely enjoys making people feel comfortable.
