- Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare treatment rooms for procedures and sterilize dental instruments following aseptic techniques
- Take and develop dental x-rays, including 3D scans when necessary
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with dental receptionist duties as needed
- Perform chairside assisting for a variety of dental procedures including pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and general dentistry
- Knowledge of dental anatomy to anticipate dentist's needs during procedures ## Skills
- Proficiency in aseptic technique to maintain a sterile environment
- Experience or willingness to learn pediatric dentistry techniques
- Knowledge of dental clinic operations and receptionist duties
- Familiarity with various dental specialties including prosthodontics and endodontics
- Ability to operate 3D scanners for digital impressions
