The ideal candidate will assist dentists with various procedures and provide excellent patient care in a dental clinic setting. ## Duties

• Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Prepare treatment rooms for procedures and sterilize dental instruments following aseptic techniques
• Take and develop dental x-rays, including 3D scans when necessary
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with dental receptionist duties as needed
• Perform chairside assisting for a variety of dental procedures including pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and general dentistry
• Knowledge of dental anatomy to anticipate dentist's needs during procedures ## Skills
• Proficiency in aseptic technique to maintain a sterile environment
• Experience or willingness to learn pediatric dentistry techniques
• Knowledge of dental clinic operations and receptionist duties
• Familiarity with various dental specialties including prosthodontics and endodontics
• Ability to operate 3D scanners for digital impressions
