Signing Bonus Amount:

$1,500 for Dental Assistants with more than 5 years of qualified experience or $1,000 for Dental Assistants with 2-5 years of qualified experience. Our Signing Bonus is payable in two installments: 50% after 30 days of employment with satisfactory performance, then 50% after 90 days of employment with satisfactory performance. Responsibilities:

Your Impact As our Dental Assistant, you'll be the cornerstone of the client experience, ensuring flawless operations and unparalleled care.

You will:

Provide elite chairside support during a wide range of restorative and comprehensive dental procedures Fabricate high-quality single and multi-unit temporaries with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency Maintain treatment rooms and clinical systems to an impeccable standard Capture 2D and 3D radiographs and digital scans with precision Anticipate the doctor's needs and maintain efficient clinical flow throughout procedures Ensure every patient experiences exceptional comfort, professionalism, and confidence in their care Educate patients clearly on oral health, home care, and post-operative instructions Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols without compromise Assist with digital documentation and maintain accurate patient records Ensure seamless practice operations through inventory management and scheduling

Qualifications:
