What You'll Do:

Take on cross-trained duties as needed — front desk support, supply ordering, scheduling, and other tasks that come with a growing practice Help keep the office clean and organized (we all pitch in!) Provide chairside support during a variety of procedures ( implant placements, extractions, and crown/bridge procedures) Prep and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take x-rays and manage patient charts Educate patients on post-op care and oral hygiene

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable and knowledgeable with implants, extractions, and crown procedures 2+ years of dental assisting experience is a plus Current X-ray certification. CPR certification a plus A flexible, "whatever it takes" attitude — this is a startup practice, and duties will evolve as we grow Willingness to help with office cleaning and other non-clinical tasks Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Detail-oriented with excellent chairside manner

Strong knowledge of implant dentistry and full arch dentistry is preferred. Experience operating dental equipment, intraoral cameras, and 3D scanners is a plus. Familiarity with EMR systems like Dentrix or Eaglesoft for efficient medical documentation and record keeping. Expertise in infection prevention management, aseptic technique, dental sterilization procedures, and healthcare infection control practices.
