We pride ourselves on the family-like atmosphere we have created for both our patients and employees. Our practice values long-term relationships, teamwork, exceptional patient care, and making a positive difference in our community. Position Requirements Minimum 1 year of hygiene assisting experience Knowledge and experience with Dentrix Accuracy and confidence performing FMX Experience with coronal polishing Strong understanding of periodontal charting Knowledge of Zoom Whitening Excellent communication and patient-care skills Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team Responsibilities Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures while preparing treatment rooms and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Supervise and mentor dental assistant team members, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed. Manage patient scheduling, records, and insurance claims processing. Maintain strict sterilization and infection-control protocols in accordance with regulatory standards. Monitor inventory levels and order dental supplies as needed. Participate in quality-assurance activities and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with patients, answer questions, schedule appointments, and follow up on treatment plans. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Compensation & Benefits $21.00/hour •based on experience Paid time off Full benefits package Full-time position No weekends! Supportive, family-oriented work environment Schedule Monday-Thursday, plus two Fridays per month
