Job Description

Schedule:
Full-time Location:
Atlanta, GA Work Location:
In person
Practice Locations:
Suwanee & Tucker, GA Saturday Schedule:
1 Saturday per month Hey quick question. Do you want a job… or do you want to actually matter at work? So before you read the rest, here's the honest part: you do NOT need orthodontic experience. I'd genuinely rather train someone brand new who's motivated, kind, and curious than hire someone experienced who's just going through the motions. Skills can be taught. Attitude can't. What this job actually feels like You won't stand in a corner suctioning saliva all day. You won't be invisible. You won't be treated like "just staff." You'll run appointments. You'll talk with patients. You'll watch kids grow up over treatment and adults finally love their smile. You'll be the person patients ask for by name.
And something funny about orthodontics:
once assistants get into it, they almost never go back to general dentistry. It's faster, more interactive, more relationship-based, and you actually see progress every single visit. Most people end up loving it way more than they expected. What you'll do Help place and remove braces and attachments Guide patients through their appointments Take photos and records Communicate with patients through our digital monitoring system Teach patients how to succeed in treatment Be part of a team that helps each other constantly Who thrives here Positive people People who like people Fast learners Great verbal skills Those who can be relied upon Those who want responsibility, not micromanagement Someone proud of doing things well Someone willing to travel between our Suwanee and Tucker locations Schedule & Location We are an orthodontic practice with locations in Suwanee and Tucker, GA . This is an in-person, full-time position , and you must be willing to work at both locations based on the practice schedule. We also work 1 Saturday per month . Experience Nice if you have it. Totally fine if you don't. We train thoroughly and expect growth. This is a place to build real skills, not just clock in. If you're just looking for somewhere to show up and get through the day, this won't be your place. If you want meaningful work, real relationships, and a job where you leave knowing you helped someone feel more confident, apply. One small step before we meet: Please send a 1-2 minute introduction video to drkim.eajaqui@gmail.com and address the video to Jaqui . Just introduce yourself, tell us a little about who you are, and why you're interested in the position. Don't overthink it—we just want to get a feel for you and your personality. Even if you're unsure. Especially if you're unsure. Come meet us. That's usually what convinces people.
