I'd genuinely rather train someone brand new who's motivated, kind, and curious than hire someone experienced who's just going through the motions. Skills can be taught. Attitude can't. This is an in-person, full-time position , and you must be willing to work at both locations based on the practice schedule. We also work 1 Saturday per month . Experience Nice if you have it. Totally fine if you don't. We train thoroughly and expect growth. This is a place to build real skills, not just clock in.
