Regala and Su, we treat our patients like family—and we treat our team the exact same way. We are looking for a dedicated and caring Dental Assistant who is the perfect fit for our patient-centered, family-oriented practice. In this vital role, you won't just be assisting chairside; you will be building relationships and ensuring our patients feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for from the moment they sit down. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality dental care in a welcoming, supportive environment, we would love to meet you. Come join a team where your work is valued, and your coworkers feel like home! Responsibilities Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties. Manage patient records by updating medical documentation, maintaining medical records securely in Dentrix, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Perform vital signs assessments and assist with medical imaging procedures to support comprehensive patient evaluations. Support front desk operations by acting as a dental receptionist when needed, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing patient flow efficiently. Experience Prior experience working in a dental clinic environment is highly preferred, especially with general dentistry or pediatric dentistry practices. Proficiency in dental assisting techniques including chairside assisting, taking X-rays, and understanding dental terminology is essential. Knowledge of infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, anatomy relevant to dentistry, and medical terminology will support your success in this role.
