Job Summary Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care! In this energetic role, you will support dentists in providing comprehensive dental treatments, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients of all ages. Your expertise in dental procedures, patient management, and infection control will help us uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Duties Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and organizing dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection prevention management policies. Collect vital signs and medical history information from patients to support comprehensive treatment planning. Support the dental team by performing chairside assisting with four-handed dentistry techniques, dental instrument processing, and maintaining clinical cleanliness. Adhere strictly to clinical confidentiality policies and ensure all dental sterilization procedures are followed meticulously to prevent infection transmission. Experience Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting is highly preferred, especially within general dentistry or pediatric dentistry environments. Demonstrated proficiency with dental equipment such as X-ray machines, 3D scanners, and other clinical tools. Hands-on experience with infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures essential for maintaining a safe clinical environment. Ability to perform dental assisting duties confidently while demonstrating excellent communication skills with patients of diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of healthcare infection prevention and control standards aligned with OSHA guidelines is a plus.
