LET'S TALK. Maybe you don't have dental experience. But you have LIFE experience — and a positive, can-do attitude. We're looking for a go-getter and person who wants a job that has purpose. We can teach you dentistry. Yes, you'll learn to assist the doctor, take X-rays, prepare rooms and become skilled in the clinical side of dentistry, an excellent career choice. But your role goes far beyond suctioning and passing instruments. You'll build relationships with patients. You'll listen as the doctor explains their findings and then help patients understand what's happening in their mouth, why it matters, and what they can do about it. You become part of helping someone make a decision that can improve their health, confidence and quality of life. We'll invest in teaching you. There will be a learning phase, and we don't expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to bring enthusiasm, effort, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Starting pay for non-experienced:

$17/hour, with growth up to $21/hour as your skills, confidence and responsibilities grow. You'll also be eligible to participate in our Team Bonus Program after your first 30 days. Dental experience is certainly welcome — but it isn't required. If you're a positive, hardworking person who likes people, likes to learn, and wants to be part of something that makes a difference, we'd love to meet you.
