A friendly, upbeat personality and a positive attitude Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children A team player who is dependable, energetic, and willing to jump in wherever needed Strong communication and organization skills Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment Dental assisting experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Pediatric dental experience is a plus!
