Experienced Dental Assistant

Position Summary:
You will work closely with our dentists, denturists, and administrative team to ensure seamless patient care—from chairside surgical assistance and laboratory support to one-on-one treatment presentations and patient education. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Dental Assisting Assist the dentist chairside during oral surgery and restorative procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care Take digital radiographs, impressions, and intraoral scans Provide postoperative instructions and patient education Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols Denture Laboratory Support Assist the denturist with denture fabrication, relines, repairs, and adjustments Pour models, trim casts, and organize laboratory cases Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies Qualifications Required Dental Assisting Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dental software and digital technology Reliable transportation Preferred Experience with oral surgery, prosthodontics, or removable prosthetics Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required Ideal Candidate Attributes Passionate about dentistry and helping patients regain confidence Empathetic and skilled at meeting patients where they are emotionally and clinically Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable Self-motivated with a positive attitude Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience Why Join The Denture Company?
