COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly Pay:
$17.00
•$21.00++ per hour DOE.
Additional Benefits Value:
Approximately $4.00
•7.00+ per hour.

Monday:
7:30 AM
•2:15 PM.
Tuesday:
7:30 AM
•5:15 PM.
Wednesday:
7:30 AM
•5:15 PM.
Thursday:
7:30 AM
•2:15 PM (One staff meeting per month until 5pm).
Friday:
Enjoy a three-day weekend!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist dentists in delivering outstanding patient care with confidence, professionalism, and compassion. Assist with a variety of procedures including CEREC same-day crowns, implants, root canal therapy, restorative treatment, extractions, airway orthodontics, and sleep-related therapies. Capture digital impressions and occlusal registrations. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict infection control standards. Accurately document patient treatment information in our dental software. Help create an environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and comfortable.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate is: Experienced in dental assisting (preferred). Positive, dependable, and hardworking. Passionate about patient care. An excellent communicator. Professional in appearance and demeanor. Organized and detail-oriented. Self-motivated and proactive. Open to learning and professional growth. Interested in whole-body health and wellness. A team player who enjoys collaboration and helping others succeed.
Education & Experience:
