Job Description

We are looking for a part time Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our premier dental practice in the Fox Valley area of Aurora, IL. The right applicant will have experience preparing general dentistry patients, ensuring that they are comfortable and offering another set of hands for procedures. Assistants must help Dentists to clearly see problems and changes within a patient's mouth. This often requires taking x-rays of the bone structure of a patient's jaw, as well as taking photographs of the teeth.

4334 Fox Valley Center Dr. Suite E Aurora, IL 60504
Hours:
Every other Tuesday and Every other Thursday 9am-6pm and 1 Saturday every month 9am-2pm. Responsibilities Help Dentists prepare for procedures by having the necessary tools sterilized and in place Help keep a patient's mouth clean and dry during procedures and hand Dentists the necessary tools at the appropriate time Patient education; explain procedures and discuss treatment progress and plans This position will include all aspects of clinical dental care Requirements Previous dental Orthodontic chairside assisting is preferred Candidate Characteristics Resonate with
