As a Patient Services Coordinator, you'll create the Renovo Experience for our patients and referring offices through service excellence, thought leadership and expertise while demonstrating the highest levels of integrity. The role of a Dental Assistant can provide you with the: Ability to communicate and interact with patients to build an inclusive patient experience Ability to blend problem-solving and decision-making to positively impact the patient experience and resolve patient concerns Ability to adapt to different patient interactions and situations
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with root canal and surgical procedures. Take intra-oral and/or 3D x-ray of patients. Turn over chairs and sterilize and prepare instrument trays for procedures. Clean and perform routine maintenance of equipment. Work with patient service front desk staff to coordinate daily patient flow. Work in a team environment with other dental assistants to perform daily job duties. Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations (i.e. OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPPA, ADA, FEHA, DOL, HR policies and practices). Ability to lift ~20 pounds
