Dental Assistant needed for busy Dental Office in Fox River Grove.

Based on experience. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments. Prepare and sterilize dental equipment and work areas following aseptic techniques. Record patient information and maintain accurate dental records. Utilize dental terminology and knowledge of anatomy to communicate effectively with patients. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Qualifications Chairside assisting and dental terminology knowledge preferred. Familiarity with general dentistry and aseptic techniques Understanding of anatomy and basic prosthodontics and endodontics Willingness to learn EMR systems such as Eaglesoft Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
